About ProtocolRX
Health education, product information, and access to independent telehealth physicians.
What we do
ProtocolRX provides educational information about dietary supplements and prescription products. For prescription requests, the platform connects eligible patients with independent physicians licensed in the patient's state. The physician evaluates the patient's information and decides whether treatment is clinically appropriate. A prescription is never guaranteed.
ProtocolRX does not practice medicine, diagnose conditions, or prescribe. Independent physicians provide all medical care under their own professional licenses. When prescribed, compounded preparations are filled by state-licensed pharmacy partners.

How the platform works
- You complete a health questionnaire about your goals, history, and current products.
- The software organises your responses and displays educational product information. This output is not a diagnosis, prescription, or treatment plan.
- For a prescription request, you complete a separate clinical intake and provide required records. An independent licensed physician reviews the request and may require a live video visit, request more information, prescribe, or decline.
- If a prescription is issued, the payment authorization is captured and a state-licensed pharmacy fills and ships the prescribed product where permitted.
- Follow-up, monitoring, dose changes, and refills occur only as directed by the treating physician. There are no automatic prescription refills.
