What we do

ProtocolRX is a telemedicine and personalized-medicine platform. We help you understand your biology through a validated health-goals assessment and, when clinically appropriate, connect you with independent licensed physicians who can evaluate your history, order labs, and prescribe personalized protocols. Prescriptions are dispensed by state-licensed compounding pharmacies and shipped directly to you.

We do not practice medicine. Our licensed telehealth partners do. Our role is the platform, the education, the assessment, and the logistics.

How the platform works

  1. You take a free 2-minute assessment about your goals, history, and lifestyle.
  2. We surface the products and protocols most relevant to your responses, along with the underlying research.
  3. For prescription products, you submit a full telehealth intake. An independent, licensed physician (via our telehealth partner) reviews it and either prescribes, requests more information, or declines.
  4. Approved prescriptions are filled by our 503A compounding pharmacy partners and shipped to you.
  5. You continue with support, adjustments, and refills as needed.
