Our Pharmacy Partners

Every prescription and supplement fulfilled through ProtocolRX is dispensed by a licensed, credentialed partner.

Compounded prescription products

Prescription compounded medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide, sermorelin, testosterone, HRT, PT-141, and others) are dispensed by:

Strive Pharmacy

Strive Pharmacy operates under state pharmacy board licensure and is registered with the FDA under Section 503A of the FD&C Act (traditional pharmacy compounding). Certain products in their catalog are prepared in an FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facility. The specific facility that prepares your medication is listed on your prescription label and in your account.

Fullscript

  • Type: Practitioner-recommended supplement dispensary
  • Website: fullscript.com

Fullscript operates as a practitioner-recommended dispensary and warehouses supplements from vetted manufacturers under GMP conditions. Fullscript is not a pharmacy; supplements are regulated as dietary supplements under DSHEA, not as drugs.

What compounded means for you

“503A” refers to the section of the U.S. Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act that regulates traditional pharmacy compounding for individual patients. A 503A pharmacy prepares individualized medications pursuant to a valid prescription from a licensed provider.

  • Your medication is prepared specifically for you, based on your prescription.
  • The active ingredient is the same as in the FDA-approved reference drug (where one exists).
  • Dose forms (e.g., injectable vs. oral, strength, combinations) can be tailored by the prescriber.
  • Compounded preparations are not themselves FDA-approved. The FDA has not evaluated the compounded form for safety, effectiveness, or quality, and compounded medications do not carry FDA-approved labeling.
  • Reference the medication guide included with your shipment and contact your provider with any questions.

Cold-chain and controlled shipping

Peptide and hormone preparations that require cold-chain shipping are packed with insulating materials and, where necessary, ice packs to maintain temperature during transit. See our shipping policy for details.

State restrictions

Some compounded products are not available in every U.S. state. See Where We Serve for the current per-product state exclusion list.
