Prescription products are only available in states where our physician network holds active medical licenses and where the specific compounded preparation is permitted under state law and our pharmacy partner’s coverage.
Telehealth modality
The required visit format depends on both your state and the therapy being considered. Testosterone requests require a live audiovisual visit before prescribing. Other listed therapies begin with a secure questionnaire and document review; the physician may require a live video or telephone follow-up. The state and product are checked again when an intake is submitted, before any information is sent for clinical review.

Dietary supplements
Non-prescription dietary supplements ship via Fullscript to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.
Prescription products — general availability
Compounded prescription products are dispensed by Strive Pharmacy and shipped to states where our provider network is licensed and Strive holds active pharmacy coverage. Most products are available in most states. The map below shows states with any current product restriction; specific restrictions are listed further down.

The following compounded products have current state-level restrictions with our pharmacy partner:
Semaglutide is the only sterile injectable Strive currently ships to California. Non-sterile products may remain available after clinical review.
If your state isn’t supported for a product
If a specific product is restricted in your state, the platform blocks the request before it is sent to a clinician. A prescription is never guaranteed. Prescription checkouts authorize the payment method; funds are captured only after an independent physician issues a prescription, and the authorization is released if the request is declined.
